The William C. F. Kuhne Company was founded and later evolved into the Kuhne-Simmons
Co., Inc.

1924
King and Petry was founded.

1946
C.A. Petry and Sons, Inc., the successor of King and Petry, was established.

1947
The Kuhne Company was established as the successor of Kuhne-Simmons Co., Inc.
|
1985
The Petry-Kuhne Company, a Delaware Corporation, was formed on December 1 with the
merger of C.A. Petry and Sons, Inc., and The Kuhne Company.

1994
The Petry-Kuhne Company, an Illinois Corporation (formerly known as Central Illinois
Erectors, Inc.) acquired certain assets and the name of The Petry-Kuhne Company (now known
as P.K. Contractors, Inc.)
