Petry Kuhne Company provided complete Construction Management and General Contracting services for this new 20,080 SF facility as part of the new medical campus in Danville knowns as Carle at the Riverfront.

The new medical office building doubles the size of the existing North Vermilion Street location. This facility consolidates all current Danville services – including Primary Care and Cardiology, Convenient Care, Dermatology, Dietitian, Foot & Ankle Surgery, General Surgery, Laboratory, Nephrology, Orthopedics & Sports Medicine, Pain & Rehabilitation, Physical Therapy, Radiology and Vein & Vascular departments into the new facility and will provide additional specialties to Vermilion County also.

Following successful collaboration between Christie Clinic and Carle Health in southwest Champaign – Christie Clinic at the Fields – this project once again featured Carle and Christie teaming up for a great new facility to serve the Danville community and surrounding areas for many years to come.

Petry Kuhne constructed this project during difficult market conditions created by the pandemic, but worked closely with the owner and Architect (Kahler Slater), to provide solutions which resulted in the project being completed on time and on budget!
