Chris Uhlarik
President, CEO

Chris began his career with Petry-Kuhne in 1995 as an estimator. Now, as President and Chief Estimator, he manages all stages of pre-construction. With experience in conceptual budgeting, design-build, negotiated contracts, and competitive bid work he is prepared to take on any challenge a client brings to the table, from a simple warehouse to the most complex medical facilities and everything in between.

Nick Walder
EVP, COO

Nick started with Petry-Kuhne in 1998 by completing 2 internships while working his way through college. He then spent 15 years working as Project Manager & Senior Project Manager for the company managing hundreds of construction projects during this tenure. Now, as Executive Vice President and Senior Project Manager, he oversees the Operations and Project Management side of the business.

Ann Deedrich
SVP, CFO

Ann has been with Petry-Kuhne since 1989, and she is the third generation of the Petry family to be involved in leadership of the company. As Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, she oversees all aspects of finance, insurance and human resources for the business.
