Complete fitout of the top floor of Carle's Heart & Vascular Institute, this project which was originally scheduled as a (9) month duration, was completed (5) weeks ahead of schedule allowing our client to begin the process of moving equipment, furnishings, and training people to use the space earlier than anticipated.

This $11M project included (48) Patient Rooms, (4) Isolation Rooms, and (12) Bariatric Patient Lifts. The total footprint of this project was 40,000 sf, completed within 7.75 months utilizing BIM technology and the highest standards of Quality Control in the industry.

Capitalizing on our strong relationships with local Subcontractors/Suppliers, & Tradesmen was key to delivery of this project. Our long tradition of completing projects with a 'team approach' of all entities working together has allowed us continued success in Healthcare and other markets.
