As a key site in its growing list of banking locations, First Bank selected downtown Champaign to construct this new banking facility. Time frame was critical and Petry-Kuhne completed the project on time and within budget. Being a downtown site, logistics management became critical as laydown area was minimal, and downtown traffic remained open for duration of the project. Petry-Kuhne has had great success building banking facilities throughout Central Illinois and is honored to have been chosen to build this great new facility. In 2015/16 Petry-Kuhne later completed full renovation of the top floor of the facility which originally had been left as open 'shell space' on the original project.
