After an out-pouring of support by the community, the Monticello School District CUSD #25, under the guidance of BLDD Architects, approved major additions and renovations to the High School and Elementary School. This $28M project includes: New Gymnasium, New STEM Classrooms, New Elementary Classrooms, New Auditorium, Media Center, Admin Offices, Locker Rooms, Classroom Renovations, HVAC Upgrades, and more.... Petry-Kuhne teamed up with another long-time leader in the central Illinois construction industry (PJ Hoerr) to provide CM services for this project. With a number of our project's key team members living local to the Monticello community, we share a mutual interest with the district and community in the success of this exciting project!
